Prime Day is now almost over, but the deals are still going strong over day two of Amazon's massive sales event. We've been looking after deals coverage of the sale for as long as the event has been a twinkle in big daddy Jeff's eye, and we know exactly what kind of deals you should be looking out for.
The biggest deals at the moment are on the AirPods 2, which are now down to almost their lowest price ever, with $50 off to make them $89. The Apple Watch Series 8 is also an excellent deal at $120 off for the new lowest price, and $100 off the AirPods Max is nothing to sniff at either.
Prime Day now only has a few hours of deals left before they all end, so make sure you're jumping on all the best deals before they disappear. And don't worry about those prices changing on you once you've already bought what you want – buy something with a Prime Day badge on it, and if the prices change between now and midnight July 19 and Amazon will refund you the difference. Which Apple products are going to be reduced over Prime Day?
Nobody knows for sure until the day arrives – but we've been covering Prime Day for a long, long time, so we have a good idea of what products you can expect to be reduced.
First of all, look out for older products, like the Apple Watch Series 6 or 7. These are still sold on Amazon, and often see some great deals. Also look our for older but still flagship products like the AirPods Max – they often see discounts because they're looking for a replacement.
We're hoping as well for deals on the newer Apple Watch Series 8, and the ever faithful Prime Day staple AirPods 2.
What is Prime Day?
Prime Day is a two-day event held by Amazon in mid-summer to reduce prices on thousands of different products all over the website. That means you’ll not only see deals on Apple products but also on accessories and the like. We spend the two days tracking the very best deals, and telling you all about them so that you can get the most out of Prime Day.
Is Apple part of Prime Day?
Yes, Apple has an official retail store on the Amazon website and sells nearly all of its products through Amazon. Many of these including MacBooks will receive a discount over Prime Day.
Will I need a Prime account?
Yes, for all the best savings you will need a Prime account. The best deals are always reserved for members of Amazon's subscription program, so if you want the biggest savings, make sure you’re signed up and good to go. If you don’t have an account, you can always go for a thirty-day free trial – just remember to cancel it before you get charged at the end of the month.
What can I expect over Prime Day?
Well, deals for one. Good ones. Beyond that, Amazon reduces prices on loads of stuff, not just Apple products. You might find an incredible deal on a new iPhone case, or even a great price on a new charging brick. It is the perfect time to check for things that you've been after for a while, with some great savings across the board.

What if something gets cheaper after Prime Day?
If a product you buy during Prime Day (July 11-12) in the sale, and sold by Amazon, falls again in price before midnight on July 19, Amazon will refund you the difference.
